Each programme is cut into steps you can use one after another: what is at stake, the common obstacles, what the patient should notice. Follow the progression as it stands, or take a single step, depending on what your patient is going through.
Printable material
Exercise sheets, logs, scales and session plans, as print-ready PDFs. They exist in all seven languages of the site, which makes the same tool usable with a French-speaking patient and with an Arabic-speaking one.
Reserved resources
Some content is published for practitioners only: what assumes a clinical reading, what only makes sense when supported, and what serves you rather than your patient.

You submit your application
Profession, registration number, country, and a document: a diploma, a professional card or proof of registration with a professional body. A PDF or a photo is enough.

We check it
The document is read by a person, not by a machine. It does not stay on our servers: it is sent to us, then we decide. Allow one to two working days.

You subscribe
Once your credentials are verified, the professional plans open and you choose yours. The check itself costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
