What people ask us most
For people going through a psychological difficulty — anxiety, mood, sleep, exhaustion, attention — and for those supporting someone close: a partner, a parent, a child. You need no training at all to read these programmes.
No, and that is not the aim. We give our subscribers programmes and worksheets grounded in research, which help them understand what they are going through and know what to do. This content does not replace the bond between a patient and their therapist, which can prove decisive in getting better.
None, in terms of access: both open everything. Only the way you pay changes — every month, or once a year.
In three clicks, from the site: sign in, open “My account”, then click “Cancel my subscription” on the subscription card and confirm. No reason to give, no fee. Your access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Until that date, a “Resume my subscription” button lets you change your mind.
We store the bare minimum: your email and what you have opened, so you can pick up where you left off. No data is resold, no advertising trackers are installed, and payment is entirely delegated to Stripe — we never see your card. Google's audience measurement only switches on if you accept it.
